Dear Parents/Guardians,

I’m looking forward to another year of photographing your children and providing you with
a keepsake of their time at Saints Southwest.

This year I have updated the procedure, to make things easier for you as parents and the
staff at Saints Southwest. There are a few things to note before, during and after the shoot
that I will explain so that you know what to expect.

Firstly, before the photoshoot, feel free to head to my new online shop and bookmark it for
once the photos are live: https://bayviewphotography.gotphoto.co.uk/login

The shop is an easier way for you to view and order photos, once they’re live. Here’s how it
works:

1. I take the photos at the scheduled photo shoot for your respective teams and give
your child a unique order reference card to take home with them. (You won’t need
to order anything on the night).
2. Once I have edited the photos I will then upload them to the shop and you’ll receive
an email notifying you that the photos are available to view and purchase.
3. Using the details on the order reference card, you can log in to the shop and see the
photos of your child/children only, in a private gallery.
4. Browse the packages and order prints and digital downloads as you wish.
5. Photos are then printed by our partner labs and delivery is arranged.

Delivery of any orders placed within the first two weeks, will be free, as they will be
delivered in a batch to your academy leaders. For orders placed after two weeks, you will
need to pay the postage costs.

May I ask that during the photoshoots, you refrain from taking your own photos or crowd
around the children, as this can be distracting for them and makes the process take longer.
