Dear All,

We look forward to seeing everyone at our 2018/19 Somerset Regional Squad Pre Season Presentation Evening on Monday 4th June 2018 at Huish Episcopi Academy from 6.00-8.00pm.

Please can everyone ensure they arrive on time for a 6.00pm prompt start. Please complete and bring the following with you on the day;

1. Young Player Code of Conduct | please print, complete and bring to pre season presentation

2. Adult, Parent and Spectator Code of Conduct | please print, complete and bring to pre season presentation

3. Further, on the night you will be asked to pay the Signing on Fee of £130.00 in full by either cash or cheque (made payable to Saints Southwest).

We are still awaiting from the Junior Premier League the new 2018/19 season player registration form. They inform us of delay due to the change in GDPR. If we are in receipt of this by Monday then these will be printed and brought to the presentation evening by us for you to also complete on the night. As such please bring a pen just in case!
